These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the EglėInk Studio website and services. By accessing or using our online platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of EglėInk Studio or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service without express written permission from us.

3. User Conduct

When using our online platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when required.
• Use our services for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website.

4. Custom Commissions

For custom calligraphy commissions, specific terms regarding project scope, timelines, deliverables, revisions, and payment schedules will be agreed upon separately via a direct agreement or invoice. A non-refundable deposit may be required before work commences.

5. Workshop and Lesson Bookings

• Payment: Full payment is typically required at the time of booking to secure your spot in workshops or private lessons.
• Cancellations & Refunds (Workshops): Cancellations made a certain number of days prior to the workshop date may be eligible for a refund or credit. Specific refund policies will be detailed on the workshop booking page. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling (Private Lessons): Notice period requirements for rescheduling or cancelling private lessons will be communicated at the time of booking. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the lesson fee.
• Workshop Changes: EglėInk Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another workshop.

6. Retail Purchases

• Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations may occur.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Shipping: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Returns & Exchanges: Please refer to our separate Return Policy for detailed information on returns and exchanges of calligraphy supplies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EglėInk Studio and its owners, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
